Origami, in Japan, is the ancient art of paper folding. In
fact this coffee table seems to originate from a folded
paper sheet, nearly crumpled.
But the randomness of the folds is more apparent than
real, in fact the two central ones are generated by orthogonal
planes, so that is possible to use the interior of
the table as a shelf. Thanks to the transparent plane is
possible to use the zig-zag shaped internal surfaces as
a real display.
It’s made from a high-thickness aluminum sheet, powder
coated, and it’s dimensions are 120 × 80 × 45 cm.
